The National Trout Festival Youth Parade will begin at 2:00pm in Downtown Kalkaska. The route begins at intersection of Dresden Street and Cedar Street, continuing down Cedar Street ending at Third Street. Come watch as floats and bands parade through town.

The Skerbeck Family Carnival is back for another year of fun and festivities, open until 10:00pm.


Buy pre-sale tickets at Trout Festival Headquarters or Online.

Walk the fairgrounds with over 50 vendors lined up, offering anything from custom vinyl decals to handcrafted wood work.

The Shady Belle "Saloon" opens at the Civic Center. There will be an array of local talent throughout the festival including the Miss Kalkaska Queen's, and many local bands and musicians.
